Ready to Join Bunbury Grammar?

We encourage families to submit an Application for Enrolment as early as possible to give your child the best chance of securing a place at the School. Places are offered in the order applications are received, with priority given to siblings of current students, boarders, and children of alumni.

What Happens Next?

Families who have applied will typically be contacted in the 12 months prior to their preferred start year with a formal offer.

When a place is available:

• You’ll receive an Offer and Acceptance Contract, valid for one month

• A non-refundable Endowment Fee (payable only for the first two children in each family) is required to confirm the enrolment

Once your child’s place is confirmed, we’ll invite your family to a welcome interview with our Head of School and either the Head of Primary or Head of Secondary. Students entering Primary and Secondary are also invited to attend an Orientation Day in November, held in the year prior to starting. Attendance is strongly encouraged.

Immunisation Requirements

Under the Public Health Act 2016 (WA) and the School Education Act 1999 (WA), all families enrolling in Pre-Kindy or Kindergarten must provide a current Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) History Statement.

• You can download your child’s statement via MyGov through your Medicare online account

• If your child is on a catch-up schedule, an AIR Immunisation History Form will be required (dated no more than two months prior to the start of school)

• For exemptions, speak to your GP, who can complete the AIR Medical Exemption Form

Our Enrolments Office will contact you to collect this documentation before your child begins.
