Music and Performing Arts
Our Performing Arts program aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and grow within the Arts. We offer Primary and Secondary students instrumental music in class and as electives, the opportunity to perform in annual school productions, support in Eisteddfod performances as well as School bands, orchestras and ensembles. Master Chef Program
Our new Master Chef co-curricular program, proudly run by Sous Chef Aaron Gallagher-Baird, is an exciting opportunity for students to sharpen their cooking skills and explore the art of creating delicious meals. Running in Term 4 on Tuesdays from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, the program is approximately $27 per lesson and promises a hands-on, engaging experience in the kitchen. Expressions of interest should be emailed directly to aaron.gallagherbaird@bcgs.wa.edu.au before the end of Term 3.
Primary Activities
The Meelup Run takes place in Term 3 to 4, with primary students invited to ‘run to Meelup’ by completing 100 laps of a 500m course throughout the term. This is a fun, voluntary activity with students who complete the required laps invited an an excursion to Meelup Beach in Term 4. Details of the program: Meelup Run
