The P&F supports the School in practical, visible and meaningful ways. Over the years, this has included significant financial contributions to campus projects, student initiatives and community experiences.
Recent and past support has included:
- A major contribution to the performing arts precinct, including the installation of the fourth Music Pod
- Funding for the Student Executive Mindfulness Garden
- Support for early childhood stream projects
- The purchase of outdoor table tennis tables and sporting equipment
- Contributions to Speech Day prizes, Year 12 memory gifts, and key community celebrations
Each contribution forms part of a much bigger picture – enriching daily school life and supporting spaces where students learn, create and connect.
We also provide support at major school events such as athletics and cross country carnivals, host an annual parent welcome evening, and special family events for Mother’s and Father’s Day.

The P&F is open to all parents and carers of current students, and involvement looks different for everyone.
You might attend a meeting, volunteer at an event, help with a specific project, or simply stay connected and informed. There’s no expectation to do everything – just an open invitation to be involved in a way that works for you.
Meetings are held monthly and are open to all parents – meeting dates and times can be found on the Community Calendar. Opportunities to support events and activities are shared throughout the year via school communications and on our Facebook page, and parents are welcome to register their interest in volunteering as it suits their time and interests via the sign up form below.

If you’re working on a project or initiative that will benefit the School community, the P&F may be able to help.
Requests for funding can be submitted via an online application and are reviewed by the P&F Finance Committee in consultation with School Administration. Applications should be submitted at least six weeks in advance to allow time for consideration.
