This week, as Reconciliation Week begins, we unveiled a beautiful new installation celebrating the six Noongar seasons and the rich natural environment that surrounds us here in the South West.
The project began with line drawings created by our Primary students, inspired by the animals and plants connected to each Noongar season. Through the process, students explored storytelling, culture, creativity and a deeper understanding of the land we share.
These original student artworks were then transformed into a stunning digital work by talented artist and Bunbury Grammar parent Summer Brinkworth, before being installed onto a series of unique spinning panels crafted by Mr Poller and his students in the workshop.
A wonderful reflection of collaboration across our School community, this piece brings together student voice, cultural learning and artistic expression in a truly meaningful way.
