In 2026, Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School's Old Grammarians' Association (OGA) has reached a significant milestone: 50 years since its founding. To mark the occasion, the OGA has planned a number of beautiful events for alumni, current families, staff and friends of the school community, and the final occasions to take place are the OGA Golf Day and the Golden Ticket Gala!
OGA Golf Day
The celebrations begin on Friday 23 October with the OGA Golf Day, bringing together Old Grammarians and members of the wider school community for a day on the greens. Teeing off at the Sanctuary Golf Course in Bunbury, this year introduces a two-person Ambrose format, with lots of fantastic novelties and prizes to be won. Find out more and book your tickets here.
Golden Ticket Gala - "A Legacy Continued"
The following evening, Saturday 24 October, our community will gather in style for the Golden Ticket Gala. Taking place in the school's Secondary Quadrangle, transformed for the occasion with a stretch tent and festoon lighting.
Guests will be treated to entertainment on the night, including aerial and circus performers, a magician and music acts, alongside catering by Market Eating House. The evening's beverage offering is proudly supported by three premiere sponsors, all school families: Barrecas Wines, Brugan Brewing, and the Fogarty Group, through its Deep Woods Estate and Evans & Tate labels.

The Gala will also mark an important moment for the school's future, with the launch of a new fundraising campaign in support of the planned STEM Centre. In addition, the evening will see the official unveiling of a commemorative mural, created by artist Andrew Frazer, and the awarding of a special life membership to Stacey Harrison.
