BCGS Community Flu Clinic Coming to Campus This May

Protect your family this winter at the BCGS Community Flu Clinic

BCGS Flu Clinic

Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School will host a Community Flu Clinic on campus on Monday 25 May, in partnership with 777 Pharmacy.

Open to all BCGS families and staff, the clinic will run from 8.00am to 4.30pm and aims to make flu vaccinations more accessible for our wider school community ahead of winter. This year’s clinic will also offer the new Flu Nasal Mist vaccine for children aged 2–11 years - a needle-free option designed to make the vaccination process easier for younger children.

School Nurse Eboney Franklyn said the clinic was an important opportunity for families to take proactive steps heading into flu season.

“Flu vaccination is one of the best ways we can protect ourselves and our community during winter. We’re especially pleased to offer the new Flu Nasal Mist for children aged 2–11 years, which is a simple, needle-free option that can make vaccination much less stressful for kids.”

Families and staff are encouraged to secure an appointment by Monday 19 May to assist with vaccine ordering and availability, though walk-ins will still be welcomed on the day.
