European Tour 2019
Can you imagine your child having the experience of walking through the Old Town of Salzburg where Mozart resided, attending a concert and being surrounded by quaint historical buildings? This would be just a taste of what can be experienced by attending the European Music Culture Tour during the July 2019 school holidays.

About the Tour
The tour will be from 13 to 26 July and includes visits to Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest and culminates in performances at the Bratislava Youth Music Festival. It is open to all students in Years 10, 11 and 12 as well as students who are currently having instrumental lessons in Years 8 and 9 in 2019. Whilst students do not need prior vocal experience to attend the tour, they are expected to attend tour choir rehearsals leading up to the tour and participate fully in the vocal experience. They will have the opportunity to experience singing in chapels, halls and cathedrals. The tour also includes sight-seeing, music concerts and working with a local school in Budapest. In addition, small ensembles may be formed to add to our concert program. Performance at the International Youth Music Festival in Bratislava concludes the tour. Having visited the sites in January and working with the tour operator and local guides, I can assure you that the tour will be magnificent.
