Lower Secondary: Years 8 - 10
All students in Lower Secondary study a core curriculum of English, Mathematics, Science, Society and Environment, Religious and Philosophical Studies (RaPS), Health and Physical Education, and at Year 8, Languages Other Than English (either English Enrichment, French or Japanese).
A comprehensive programme of optional subjects is provided. These optional subjects are designed to develop students’ skills and understanding in particular Learning Areas. In Year 8, students are offered a rotation through ten subjects, five from The Arts Learning Area and five from the Technology and Enterprise Learning Area.

In Years 9 and 10, students may continue with one subject from The Arts and one from Technology and Enterprise. In addition to these they can use their remaining Option slot to study a Languages Other Than English or an additional Technology and Enterprise subject or a subject from The Arts or Health and Physical Education Learning Areas. Students who participate in a sport at a high level may apply to join the High Performance Squad as one of their Options.
Upper Secondary: Years 11 and 12
The Upper Secondary programme offers a range of subjects designed to meet the needs and develop the talents of all students, whether they plan direct entry to the workforce or intend to pursue further studies at University or TAFE at the conclusion of Year 12.
In our Upper Secondary programme, six courses of study are selected from the list below. In addition, students are required to take two periods per week of Beliefs and Values and Sport.
