The advertised vacancy is for a part-time (0.75), permanent position from 1 January 2009.The position has become available because the Art teacher has resigned from the staff, rather than return from Parental Leave. We are seeking applications from dynamic and innovative art teachers who are committed to best practice in delivering an exciting visual arts programme.
The successful applicant must be able to teach students from Kindergarten to Year 7, and have had experience in teaching visual arts to Primary aged students. The ability to incorporate Information Technology is essential as is an understanding of the Inquiry Model for learning.
