The governing body of Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School, the Board of Governors, comprises twelve Members.
The Board’s role is to govern the School, while it is the function of the Head to manage the organisation in accordance with the policies and directions of the Board. The Board and the Head work in partnership to achieve the purpose and mission of the School.
The Board establishes the strategic settings for the School. Based on the strategic settings, the Board approves the strategic plan developed in partnership with the Head and staff. The Head and staff implement the strategic plan within a set of policies established by the Board.
