Each year there are overseas students enrolled at the School, either undertaking their formal schooling with the aim of completing their schooling in the Australian education system or for a shorter term "cultural" exchange. There are a number of special requirements related to the enrolment of overseas students. These are:
- For students whose first language is other than English we require the student to undertake English Language Testing to be conducted by an independent agency, in Australia or overseas, nominated by the School. The report provided to the School will be used to assess the student's English language ability and the suitability of our programme. At this point the teachers would assess which Year level is appropriate for the student. We reserve the right to request independent English language testing before offering a confirmed place.

- All overseas students must have an Australian based Guardian. Whilst the appointment of a guardian does not require legal formalities, there must be a signed agreement that an adult, resident in Western Australia, is prepared to be responsible for the overseas student. This arrangement must be in place and agreed to before the enrolment can be finalised.
- Payment of a non refundable Endowment Fee of A$2,020.00 for Secondary students and $1,600.00 for Primary students and completion of the Offer and Acceptance document, a copy of the student's Birth Certificate, Passport and most recent School report must be provided to the School at this time. Upon receipt of this documentation and fee, the place is upgraded from conditional to confirmed.
